STEAMED FISH

I had this steam fish for dinner at a restaurant. It is what can be referred to as Chinese Style steamed fish.  The fish is fresh-from-the tank and steamed with soy sauce and shredded ginger. Then it is garnished with shredded carrot, fried shallots and coriander.  Muah!  Simply delicious.
