SABA BENTO

I love eating a Japanese dish called Saba Bento.  In Japanese, Saba means mackerel. Bento refers to a lunch box. So Saba Bento means a packed lunch of Grilled Sea Mackerel. The set I order comes with rice, coleslaw, baby octopus and a bit of  When I first frequenting the stall that offers this dish, the price was RM9.  That was about 4 years ago.  Now it costs RM12 for the set inclusive of seaweed soup.
