BUYING WINTER MELON

My friend Khairah has been coughing for about a month.  The medication that she got from the hospital has not been effective.  She told me that she has difficulty sleeping at night because of the cough.  So I suggested she buy a winter melon and I'd help her to make a herbal remedy for cough with it.
Yesterday during our lunch break, we went out to the supermarket to look for one such melon.

This is how the emptied out melon looks with all the ingredients added with boiled water before being double boiled.
