One of my favourite noodles dishes is the Yi Fu Mein 伊府麵. Yi Fu Mein are fried chewy noodles made from wheat flour and egg or lye-water. Whenever I order this dish, I'd always request that it be fried with seafood like the one above which was whipped up by the chef at the Pang Kor Restaurant in Tesco Ipoh. Sooo good!!!
