What you see in the pictures above is a dish called Pecal. For your information, Pecal or Rojak Sayur (Vegetable Rojak) is a Javanese traditional cuisine consisting of long beans, slice of cucumber, beansprout, tauhu, tempe mix with special peanut sauce.
Nowadays, Pecal can be easily prepared as as there is ready-made peanut sauce for Pecal which can be bought from the shops. One just needs to open the packet, pour the ingredients into a pot, add water and boil. The vegetables can be easily bought from the market or supermarket.
