MY FORMER UNIVERSITY MATES

The three persons in the picture above happen to graduate from the same university in England. When I was a student reading for my first degree in TEFL at the University of Bristol in England, Khairul Bariah was my course mate while Jayaraj was our senior.  As Malaysians in a foreign country, we took care of each other.  Now that was waaaay back in 1993.  Yeah, it has been such a long time.
It isn't very often that we get to meet up and discuss old times. Thankfully, the opportunity arose because of work.  We had a nice time reminiscing about the past and also catching up on new developments.  My friend, Khairah is now a grandmother of two.  Her youngest son is already a teacher.  Jaya's first and second daughters are at university while the third is waiting for her STPM results.  His youngest boy will be in Form 1 next year.  Wow!  How time flies.
