A HOUSE WITHOUT ENOUGH SUPPORT

Look at the house below.  You might jolly well be saying "WOW!".  Yeah, half of the house is jutting out from a steep hill. By looking at the picture, I think that the part of the house with the empty space below is supported by what looks like two steel rods.    There would be some people who say it looks cool and would want to stay in such a house but from a Feng Shui perspective, this type of house is a No No.  Why?  This is because people in such a house would not have enough support and would feel insecure.  A building that stands on columns or stilts with empty space above ground level is bad feng shui.  It symbolises lack of foundation and also implies that half the luck of the house hangs in limbo.

INFO ABOUT THE HOUSE
Unusual four bedroom house designed by MVRDV and Mole Architects is balanced on the edge of a steep hill in Suffolk, England. Known as the “Balancing Barn”, this cool house features reflective stainless steel exterior and beautiful plywood interior. It even comes with a swing. (Link | Via)
