WHEN YANG ENERGY IS AT ITS PEAK

When I was having breakfast with my Aunt Linda this morning, I told her that I would be going up T'ung Wah Toong Hill at noon to pray at the Jade Emperor Temple.  She asked me if I could go later as it was hot and sunny today and the sun would be at its zenith at that time.  I told her that it was my exact intent to go at 12 noon as that was the time when Yang energy would be at its peak.  After that Yin energy would start to rise and peak at midnight.  When climbing up the hill to pray, I'd be absorbing lots and lots of Yang energy when the Forces of Good would be at its most powerful.
