THE LOTTERY MAN

I could swear that each time I go to a temple for a special occasion, I'd see this handicapped man selling lottery tickets at the entrance.  See, he cleverly uses his crutches to display the lottery tickets.
Hmm ... could it be that he is hoping that the devotees who have gone to the temple to offer prayers to the deities would want to try their luck to see if they have been bequeathed wealth luck by the deities?
