I saw this young man grilling some fish when I went and had my lunch at a the shop. Actually, it does take a lot of patience when grilling the fish. There needs to be a balance; the fish could not be too burnt and neither could it be too raw.
The fish needs to be turned ever so often to make sure that it turns out just right.
