Believe it or not, there are actually people out there who would surgically change their image to look like their idols. Below is the story of a Filipino man who did just that to look like Clark Kent @ Superman.
Plastic surgery 'Superman'
ANA Filipino man has undergone plastic surgery to look like his idol - Superman.
Herbert Chavez, a 35-year old pageant trainer, had several parts of his face and body altered over a period of six years.

He has undergones a nose job, chin augmentation, silicone lip injections and thigh implants since 1998.
Superman became Chavez' idol after he was given a set of the fictional character’s blue and red shirt when he was a child.
His home is a shrine to the fictional superhero with everything from bedding to wall decorations to actual, larger than life statues of the Superman taking up an entire room.
