TRANSFORMING INTO A COLLEGE

This afternoon, my colleagues and I listened to a briefing by the principal and senior assistant on the transformational outline to upgrade from a vocational school to a college.  There will be lots and lots of changes in schedules, syllabus and also routine for the teachers and students in my school.
The plan outlined appeared to be a bit daunting to me but then at the same time I am looking forward to the transformation. My principal said that we have been too comfortable in our Comfort Zone and told us to be ready for change.  Come 2012, I will be a lecturer at a vocational college instead of a teacher of a vocational school.
