My friend, the late Mr Charlie Wong Kee Ming, loved to eat Fish Head Curry. Whenever, I were to go out to eat with him and Lai Yoong, he would usually order this curry dish.
Yesterday, my mum requested for the Fish Head Curry when we were having lunch at the 1919 Restaurant in Ipoh. Unfortunately, they had run out of fish head and so we had to settle with sliced fish curry. The way of cooking is the same but instead of the fish head, slices of fish were used.
