FRIED BEEHOON MALAY STYLE




There are many different ways and styles of cooking bee hoon 米粉 or rice vermicelli. There is Hokkien style, Cantonese style, Thai Style, Taiwanese style and many others.  The dish I am holding up in the above pictures is bee hoon fried Malay style which is spicy and tangy. I especially like the prawns which are fried first.  Yum Yum ...
