My hometown Ipoh is famous for Bean Sprout Chicken 芽菜雞 and Hor Fun 河粉 (Flat Noodles). It is also famous for Dim Sum 点心 and one such very popular place among locals and also tourists is Foshan Restaurant. It is located at Jalan Leong Sin Nam. Actually, there are few Dim Sum restaurants located along this street and all are usually jam packed in the morning. Personally, I find the food to be good in all three of the restaurants.
