WHEN TOO MUCH IS NOT A GOOD THING

The world economy isn't much to shout about nowadays and that is why we can use as much help as we can to better out financial circumstances.  Nowadays more and more people are looking to the ancient Chinese science of Feng Shui to drive as much positive Qi or Energy into our homes and workplace.
Feng Shui enthusiasts believe that by practicing Feng Shui, one will get the following benefits:
  •  improvement in  health,
  •  increment of wealth and prosperity,
  • development of better personal relations,
  • achievement of ones goals and ambitions.
However there are some people who tend to go overboard when they place Feng Shui activators and cures.  One example is the use of plants to encourage health, wealth, prosperity and contentment. In Feng Shui, the best location to plant or place plants would be the East as this is a Wood Sector.  One of the most suitable plants would be the bamboo as it symbolises health, good luck and fortune.  However one must remember to never allow plants to get overgrown, as this encourages negative energy.
Such is the case of the house above.  The house is a South facing house and the bamboo plants are planted to right side of the house where the East sector is.  I guess that the owner initially planted them in the East but then the bamboo quickly spread to cover the Northeast and Southeast sectors of the garden.  If you study the pictures above you will find that the plants are overgrown.  Therefore, instead of generating health and wealth luck, I am afraid the bamboo plants are encouraging Negative or Yin Chi.
