RECIPE FOR LI NA'S HERBAL DRINK

While the Herbal Drink was being cooked yesterday, I had a lot of requests for the recipe from the teachers and staff.  This is a cooling drink and would be suitable for the hot weather that we are experiencing now in Malaysia.
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
(serves 10)
100 grams of dried longan
2 green apples
3 Ya pears
5 red dates
5 Egyptian dates (Kurma Mesir)
Snow Fungus (a handful)
1/2 a packet of Dried winter melon (Kundur)
1/2 packet of dried Honey dates
A handful of Wolfberries (Kei Chi)
2 cups of Nata De Coco (can be substituted with agar-agar)
Pandan leaves (2 )
1 cup of brown sugar

METHOD
1. Wash all the ingredients.
2.  Cut the fruits into cubes.
3.  Fill 3/4 of a 5 liter pot with water.  Add in the ingredients except the brown sugar.
4.  Bring to a boil and then add the brown sugar.
5.  Simmer for another 10 minutes.
6.  The herbal drink is ready.  You can serve it with ice or chill it in the fridge.
