HOMEMADE RECIPE TO HELP ONE SLEEP BETTER

My mum keeps complaining that she can't sleep at night but in actuality I noticed that she dozes off and wakes up a lot throughout the night.  To her, it appears that she had not slept a wink but in fact she did.  Lai Yoong's niece who is expecting her first child is also having trouble sleeping.  I suggested that she soaks her feet in Himalayan salt at night before sleeping to help her sleep better at night.
Recently I discovered an article in the Daily Chilli recommending a special recipe to overcome this problem.  Read on the learn what is inside the recipe.

Recipe for 'sleepless nights'

FORGET Viagra.

Try this natural home-made recipe which has almonds and honey among its ingredients.

The simple-to-brew drink is said to be more effective. And it costs a fraction of the blue pill.

Women can also have it but be warned. This is really potent and it may cause you sleepless nights (wink, wink).
Recipe:

200ml milk (fresh)
6 almonds or 1 tablespoon ground almonds (skinned and pounded or ground – if you want a quick fix, then buy ground almonds from the store)
1 egg (preferably free range eggs or ayam kampung eggs – must be fresh)
1 tablespoon honey
Heat the milk up until it is warm. In a blender, blend all the ingredients together for a minute and ENJOY!
