I made this egg stand on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month which when translated into western date is 6th June, 2011. Altogether my mum and I made about 6 eggs stand but the other eggs abandoned their posts after only one day. Not this one, it is still going strong.
The above pictures were taken at 11.39 a.m. on Sunday, 12 June. This means that by 11.45 a.m. today the egg would have stood for one whole week. Yeah, I am posing with the egg as proof that it is the same egg with me on a different day. Aiyah! Should have used today's newspapers next to the egg. Perhaps, I will do it later in the day.
