KAMPUNG CHICKEN EGGS

My Uncle Jimmy gave me some Kampung Chicken Eggs (Free Range Eggs) when I met him this evening.  He had bought them from his friend who owns a farm.   These eggs sell for 60 sen each and are said to be healthier than commercially produced eggs.
Kampung Chicken Eggs are those laid by hens living outdoors with plenty of fresh air and sunshine and open space to roam about.  The eggs of the Kampung Chicken (village chicken) are smaller in size when compared to those reared for commercial purposes.  It seems that the colour of the eggs are also lighter when compared to those reared in coops.
The kampung egg can be differenciated easily from the normal city egg by it’s appearance. Normal egg’s colour is normally much darker and the size is bigger.
