THE USES OF COCONUT JUICE

In my previous post, I mentioned that I enjoy drinking coconut water as I find it tasty.  It is also good for cooling the body. In traditional Malay medicine, coconut water is used as an antidote for poisons. 
That is why one is not encouraged to drink coconut water after taking medicine as it has the ability to cancel out the effect of the medicine.
And .... for those who suffer from venereal diseases, coconut water also comes in handy.  By drinking coconut water mixed with the herb called Dukong Anak and added with lime, every morning, one can recover (if the disease is not too serious, that is). 
My godmother once told me that coconut water can be used as protection and cure against possession by spirits, hexes, santau, magic charms and spells.  The Malays use coconut water that has blessed by reading holy verses from the Al-quran to counter evil.  Drinking the water would serve to help rid the victim of the spell or the evil spirits.
