What you see is the famous Telur Goyang from the Hollywood Coffee Shop in Canning Garden Ipoh. This is a specialty for this particular coffee shop. Eating the half boiled eggs on two slices of toasted bread is an experience in itself. The two slices of toast would come with two half boiled egg swaying on top of them. I love to sprinkle lots of pepper on the eggs and also light soy sauce. Then I would break open the top layer of covering the egg yolk and see the yolk oozing out. Yummy! I add more pepper and soy sauce before cutting the crispy toast at the side and start to eat. Telur Goyang in the Malay language literallly means "Swaying Eggs".
