RITUAL TO IMPROVE ONES LUCK

When I was at the Buddhist Temple for Vesak Day Celebration, I took part in a ritual to improve my luck. First I needed to get a bowl of coins from either one of the two ladies above. 

One needs to pay RM3 for each bowl of coins.

Then with bowl of coins in hand, one starts from the arrow pointing to one.  Place a coin in each of the metalic bowl as one moves along the line of bowls.

When one reaches the end of the first line, then one needs to place a coin each on the second row of bowls.

The process is finished when one completes putting all the coins into all the bowls.  If there are extra coins, then one can place them in the bowls in the first or second lines.  If there are not enough coins for all the bowls, then one can request for more from the ladies at the counter.  I had more than enough.

One the ritual is completed, return the empty bowl to the ladies at the counter and they will give you a plastic bag container rice and a cup of mineral water.  The rice is to be boiled and eaten at home for good luck and good health.
