Look at the fruit above. Before this I had never seen a fruit like it. It was being sold at the market for RM9.00 a kilo. The lady who sold it to me told me that its name in Cantonese was Kum Chien Kor or Golden Fruit or Cash Fruit.
Those fruits certainly look like the abiu (Pouteria caimito). Di R&R Tapah (north bound) ada satu gerai buah2an yg jual buah abiu ni. Kadang2 pokoknya pun ada dijual.
