WHAT'S THE NAME OF THIS TREE?

I saw these beautiful golden flowers cascading from the branches of a tree when I went to a lawyer's office on Monday.  The flowers were so beautiful that I whipped out my camera to capture them.

Is there anyone who knows the name of this tree?
