UNFAVOURABLE SHOP LOT

My car tyre needed to be changed and I sent it to the shop yesterday evening.  While waiting for the man to finish getting the job done, I went over to my beautician's shop situated a few doors away to have a chat with her.  You can see me with Jasmine, my beautician, in the pictures above.
While we were chatting, she asked me for some Feng Shui advice as to whether it was good to rent the shoplot next to hers to expand her business. She told me that the previous business had gone broke and the owner of the shop had died. The moment I looked at it, I told her NOT to even consider renting the place.  She then said that if she hadn't given me the info about the shop and the owner, I might have given her a different answer.  Well, I told her that I would still give the same answer and I would also have asked her questions about the owner plus why the previous business folded.  You see, in Feng Shui, we need to ask questions about a property that we intend to buy or rent.  It is all the more important to ask, if the property is not a new one.  What happened to the previous owner?  How well did the business do?  Why is the owner selling the property?  If the owner is selling the shop because he needs to buy a bigger place to expand his business, then it is a good sign.  If the business was good and the people were moving or moved because they found an even better spot, then go ahead and sign the paper.
The third picture above is what faces the property from the front of the door looking out.  See the road is much higher than the premise which is not good.  Then the building across the road is also so much higher than the shoplot she wants to rent.  In Feng Shui, this is not good as we want a tall building behind us for support.  One that is higher in front would block off the good Chi and one finds it hard to succeed.  Furthermore, when I entered the vacant shop lot, I had a feeling of unease and sensed some eeriness.  I told her that whoever who does business there would only be able to do so for about 6 to 12 months before calling it quits.  She told me that what I said was true.
By the way, I do not do Feng Shui audits as a profession.  I only do it for my good friends who happen to ask me for advice and help.
