PRICKLY BUT SPECTACULAR

I went to check on the Cactus Garden in my school yesterday morning.  It was planted a few years ago and now some of the plants have grown magnificently.  What was even more exciting for me was to find that a few of the cacti have started to bear exquiste flowers.
The Cactus Garden is easy to upkeep and the plants need minimal care and watering.  However, it is not advisable to have so many cactus plants in ones garden.  Why?  As cacti have lots of thorns or spikes, they are said to emit loads of cutting chi and symbolically indicates a dry, hostile environment. A few such plants near the front of the house, on the other hand, is good as it offers protection for the home.

Cactus hardly ever flower Ms Cheah and when they do, that means they are rewarding the grower for taking such good care of them :P

I hardly take care of the plants in the Cactus Garden. They seem to be thriving on their own. Credit must be given to the Creator and his Assistants for taking care of them.
