Some time back, I blogged about Dried Stingray that I bought from a shop in Pangkor Island. In my blog I said I was going to cook it and then publish the results in a later blog. Well, the deed has been done but then I was not the cook. Instead, I asked Kamariah to do it since she makes better sambal than I. So below is how the Sambal Ikan Pari Kering or Dried Stingray Sambal looks like.
Kamariah cooked exactly like how one cook Sambal Ikan Bilis or Anchovies Sambal. She even cut the dried stingray into strips looking like dried anchovies. Know what? It tastes exactly like Sambal Ikan Bilis.
