The shop above is a gambling outlet and the shop next to it is being rebuilt. I read in a Feng Shui book that it is extra lucky to buy numbers in such a gambling outlet as the chances of winning is higher. I am not too sure about the reason why it is so but if my memory serves me, it had something to do with interference of Qi in the area and so it is at a disadvantage. Hmm ...
