When I was at the Lost Heritage Exhibition which was held at the Villa in Ipoh a couple of weeks ago, there was a demonstration on how to make a Chinese cake. This is actually used as offerings to Taoist Deities during festivals.
Believe me, the process in making it is really simple until the two young gentlemen above were able to acquire the skill within a short period of time. They deftly demonstrated to me how it was done.
