WHAT IS THIS?



The thingy you see above is Dried Stingray.  It is sold at a stall in Pangkor Island at RM5.00 per 100 gm.   The shopkeeper told me to deepfry the dried stingray first and then fry it with sambal belacan.  Yummy! Yummy!

    Believe me, they are dried stingray. I bought 100 gms of the stuff and will be cooking them soon.
