MEHNDI TATTOO

Look at my Mehndi Tattoo above.  I got it done by a lady at Little India last Sunday.  She used henna to draw the pattern on both my arms.  The 'Tattoo' will last for about 7 to 10 days before they fade away completely.  It is quite cheap really, just RM6.00 for both arms.  The lady says that having the Mehndi would bring good luck and fortune to me.  Yeeesss!!!

INFORMATION ABOUT MEHNDI
Mehndi, or henna tattoos, is a Hindu art that forms an intricate design most commonly on the feet and palms of the hand. Most commonly used during Hindu weddings, Mehndi is thought to bring good luck and fortune to the wearer. Not only is Mehndi a beautiful art growing in popularity, the henna used is said to create a "cooling" effect that stimulates the nerve endings.
