The usual types of keropok or fritters that are sold are of the fish and prawn variety. Last weekend I spotted the anchovy fritters being sold at the Farmer's Market in Kampung Simee. I bought a 500 gram pack but until today have not had the time to fry them. I am sure they will taste delicious as I like anchovies or ikan bilis.
