My house is built in such a way that the toilet door faces the main door which in Feng Shui terms is not good for health and wealth. Besides that, there are three doors in a row. I read that if there are too many doors in a row, it symbolizes too many mouths in the household. This creates bickering and fighting among family members. Thank goodness I am the only one living in this house. Anyway, I notice that the houses directly opposite mine also have such a situation. It also causes the Chi to flow too fast through the house, forming a poison arrow. Rooms at the end of a corridor with three doors in a row will suffer ill health. Anyway, I notice that the houses directly opposite mine also have such a situation. The neighbours have been living there for 5 years and from what I have observed while waiting for the people to repair my house these past few weeks, the people living there seem to be living harmoniously and happily.
Anyway, I have already come up with one common feng shui cure for these two situations and that is to install a curtain in the middle door. See, not only am I Kiasu, I am also very Kiasi.
For those who do not understand Hokkien, Kiasu means afraid of losing and Kiasi means afraid of dying.
