THAI STYLE STEAMED GAROUPA

Have you ever tried Thai Style Steamed Fish?  Well, if you haven't then do give it a try as the taste is a bit exotic.  Don't worry it is delicious.
I managed to find the recipe in the Internet and am reproducing it here.
