A RAMADHAN BUFFET OF SORTS
A buffet is defined as a system of serving meals in which food is placed in a public area where the diners generally serve themselves. It is a popular method for feeding a large number of people with minimal staff. Buffets are offered at various places including hotels and many social events.
So the Ramadhan Bazaars could be considered as a large scale Ramadhan Buffet of sorts with a bigger variety of food available. In Malaysia, it will be one for one month each year. This is a really interesting place to visit and I am making sure that I will go to as many such bazaars to catch the sights and smells during this period.
