LIKE JACK'S BEANSTALK

The flowers of the plants I am pictured with resemble that of the poppy.  Until today I have yet to put a proper name to it.  However, the plants kept growing and growing.  Some of them are reaching 7 feet in height.  My mum has nicknamed them Jack's beanstalks.
Does anyone know the actual name of this flower?  If yes, do leave a comment here.
