When I went back to Ipoh during the weekend, my mum showed me a bottle of garden enzyme that her neighbour had given to her. It seemed that the lady had been making garden enzymes from leftover food.
For those who are not too sure what garden enzyme is, then here is a bit of explanation:
Garbage Enzyme...
is a complex solution produced by fermentation of fresh kitchen waster (fruits and vegetables dregs), sugar (brown sugar, jiggery or molasses sugar) and water. It is dark brown and has a strong sweet sour fermented scent.
