FU CHUK YI MAI PAK KO TONG SHUI

Fu Chuk Yi Mai Pak Ko Tong Shui... what a mouthful yeah!  Be glad that it tastes delicious and helps to bring down heatiness in our bodies.  Pak Ko is Chinese for Gingko nut.  Fu Cuk is dried beancurd sheet.  Pak Ko is Chinese for Gingko nut and Yi Mai is Barley in the Cantonese dialect.  Tong Shui when literally translated is sugar water.  It actually means dessert or drink.  So for those who don't understand Cantone, the mouthful of words mean Dried Bean Curd, Barley with Gingko Nuts Dessert Soup (腐竹薏米白果糖水).
The Cantonese believe and many Chinese believe that drinking Tong Shui daily helps to rejuvenate skin and promote better complexion.
