I went to the Pasar Malam or Night Market behind TESCO in Ipoh Garden South tonight. I had gone to buy my favourite Taiwan Stinky Tofu. However, the prawn crackers were too tempting and I bought one packet at RM2.80. These are crunchier and more delicious than the ones that are mass produced. They are homemade. The traders fry the crackers on the spot and packs them when a customer makes an order.
