CRISPY FRIED FISH WITH MANGO KERABU

There are so many different ways to cook and serve fish that it would take us some time to finish trying all of them.  Today I got to try the dish above, "Crispy Fried Fish With Mango Kerabu".  How did it taste?
The fish was crispy and the kerabu had that sourish tang.  There was one slight complaint, that is, it was a bit sweet. I guess the cook used a wee bit more sugar than necessary.
