I have read that if the house faces open land or has a wide, open area in front of it, then it has the “bright hall effect.” This is good as this bright hall effect brings wealth to the family.
However, I feel that something is just not right with the Feng Shui here. The houses are built in such a way that all the houses appear like hills and form a valley. As far as I know, one should also avoid buying houses that are located in a deep land locked valley as there is the danger of ‘qi’ stagnating.
