PRE-CUT CAKE

The above cake was specially ordered by the staff of a school in Sitiawan for another member who was retiring.  I saw it when I was having lunch at the restaurant where the farewell gathering was going to be held later in the evening.
The cake was pre-cut.  One can see that it was precisely cut and the size of each piece is the same.  The hostess for the gathering who was there told us that they had requested for the cake to be pre-cut as it would make it easier for everyone and it reduces the messiness. Furthermore, each piece has a fruit decoration on top.  Looks pretty, doesn't it?
I am seriously considering doing the same to the cake that I will be ordering for the annual gathering of the resource centre committee.
