MALAY CHICKEN RICE

The Nasi Ayam is the Malay version of the Chinese Chicken Rice.  The rice tastes almost similar but there is a difference.  I can't comment about the chicken as I don't eat it. 
I bought a packet of chicken rice to give to Kak Mah who helped to give treatment for my headache.  It is a belief that we need to either give cash or kind to those who have treated us for ailments that are caused by too much 'wind' or 'angin'.  In this way the wind would not be transferred to the person who gave the treatment.
