LAKSA JOHOR

This is the Laksa Johor that is sold at the canteen in my school.  The taste is good and one can consider it delicious.  Laksa Johor comes from the southernmost state in Peninsular Malaysia. This type of laksa includes a generous amount of coconut milk and plenty of fresh herbs (ulam) and spices.
I think that the version of Laksa Johor sold in my school is not as rich in ingredients as the original ones found in Johor.  Perhaps, it has to do with cost as we only pay RN2.50 for a plate.
