I learnt a new Japanese word today after I visited two blogs today. The word is Hazakura which means when one sees spring leaves start popping out and the sakura flowers would soon start withering and falling off. So, Hazakura is when the cherry blossoms (or Sakuras) are in their late stage of bloom, when most have already fallen, and fresh green leaves begin to take over.
