YUMMY SARDINE PUFFS

I went to see how the sardine puffs, that I am so fond of eating, were made by the kitchen helper at the school canteen.  I saw the lady putting the sardine into the dough and then folding it into half.  Then she used a fork to make imprints around the edges and then it was placed in a basin of water before being placed a tray with bread crumbs.  After that it was ready to be fried.  It costs 70 sen each.
