SPEEDING UP RECOVERY

I am wearing an Elbow Guard on my right arm to help speed up the recovery from the sprain and also to increase arm strength. I spent RM121 for the set of Ebene Bio-Ray Elbow Guard as I feel that it would prevent further aggravation to my arm that is healing. I do not want my condition to become worse as in the year of the Tiger, my health luck would not be that good and I am making sure that I do something about my condition so that it will not be a problem to me next year. And at the same time, I will be going for the traditional massage treatments as well as eating the herbal medicines given by the therapist.
