So far I have yet to see any purple, green or orange cauliflowers sold at the markets or supermarkets here in Malaysia. But it seems the cauliflowers grow in such colours because of traditional selective breeding and not genetic engineering. I think if we can get them here, the coloured ones would cost a tidy sum. So I will stick to the pale yellow type.
