Believe me when I say going for traditional massage therapy is no fun. We sort of pay to have ourselves tortured as it is a very painful experience. I have gone with my friends for foot reflexology massage and it was sheer torture having someone inflicting pain on ones feet. Then why suffer the pain? Simple, it is because we feel better afterwards.
